Could someone pleease help me about the new Gif icons??

I try to Загрузить them on Fanpop and it doesn't let me. It will let me Загрузить other types of Обои but but not gif. Whenever I try to Загрузить a gif it tells me my internet isn't connected или the site Ссылка doesn't exist. What the heck do I do??
