Is there a way to block a fanpoper from viewing your profile? If so please tell me how

To block messages: click "block user" at the bottom of a message from that user: link

To make your Профиль Стена private, go to your profile, click on "Edit Profile" (in the box at the bottom of the "About Me" section), scroll down to "Privacy Settings" and the last line of that section lets Ты change your Стена settings. Set it to "only people I'm a Фан of" или "no one else".
