Is there any way to get My Обновления Список them further back than just 1 day?

It's not the last day; it's just the 100 most Последнее Обновления (pages 1 - 5, with 20 to a page). Depending on how many клубы are in your Список and/or what Обновления filter Ты use, that could be anything from the past three months to the last ten minutes.

In general, Ты get a Список that goes further back if Ты use the drop-down filter. For instance, Ты could sort by "Articles" and probably see a lot further back than, say, "Picks" (and certainly further back than "All updates").
