How can Ты find who created a spot?

There's no real way to find out, I don't think.

The best thing Ты can do is post a Вопрос asking this on the spot in question, and if you're lucky, the creator will answer.

And yes, I know Ты сказал(-а) NOT to respond like this, but I honestly don't think there's any other way.

Why would Ты need to know though? If the Фаны want to change the banner, icon, или motto, all they need to do is message the F4 about the changes.
