i asked this Вопрос about клубы in common before but i really don't get it help ?

so i asked before how do Ты mark these клубы in common and the answer was it does it by it self and i like made this club and a friend joined it and on her Профиль page its on those клубы in common do Ты have to visit the fanpage allot или something ??? help
