What is a "dedicated" или "die-hard" fan? i saw that on someones Профиль how much do Ты have to do in a Фан club to be a dedicated или die-hard fan?

i was checking out someones Профиль after giving them a благодарность for this article. it had the Список of club she was in and underneath it said;

*dedicted Фан logo* in 6 club *die-hard Фан logo* in 1 club


can one explain how that works? i take she adds alot of stuff to клубы или somthing like that but how much does it take to be a dedicated fan?
