HELP: What kind of celebrity фото we can Загрузить here on fanpop?

Please I want to protect my account from ban issue because posting фото without copyrights would be a violation of fanpop's terms of service.
So I'd like to know what Знаменитости фото are we allowed to Загрузить here on fanpop?
The Fanpop team saying that we can not Загрузить фото like the following examples:

- Paparazzi фото (Photos from the following sources are generally from paparazzi: JustJared, TMZ, Hollywood Gossip, Perez Hilton, OMG, etc.)
- фото on the set
- Behind-the-scenes candid photos
- фото of Знаменитости shopping, at the airport, shopping, eating out, running errands, parties или galas, walking around, going out, walking in the park, on vacation, etc.
- Red carpet, premiere или after party photos
- Award Показать photos: Grammies, Oscars, Golden Globes, Teen Choice, MTV VMAs, CMAs, etc.
- Live концерт фото on stage
- Photoshoots или photocalls
- Conference фото

All of them are taken by a photographer who owns the copyrights. Like someone said, maybe screencaps.. in that screencap section that doesn't work anymore :(
Because honestly... who would pay for the rights to post them? I know sites of galleries - and there the фото are marked with the name of that specific site - where the owners are buying that stuff to post it on their own site. But I've never seen normal members buying license for pics to post them.. If we Опубликовано was only to share.. like I've seen a picture on tumbrl или fb and I Опубликовано it here.
If we can't do even this anymore.. I don't know what to say.. until now it wasn't this problem, maybe the rules have changed :(
