is Their a problem with Fanpop website like it's updating или problem with certian web browsers ?

for some reason Фан pop every now and then keeps refreshing i cant seem to do anything when it does it , it did this a few weeks назад for the past few days it's been alight but now it's starting to do it again and i cant like/ save what i'm a Фан off like Видео and pics in клубы why

I use Google chrome web browser by the way is their a problem ?
