Is there any way to contact Fanpop to suggest something for the site? Such as deleting your own pop Тест Вопрос and it bothers me that I can't.

As for deleting pop Тест questions: Ты can't Удалить them directly, but Ты can Сообщить it and explain why it should be deleted, wrong answer etc.
