What's the difference between "all time Золото producers" and "top Последнее Золото producers"?

The "all time вверх Золото producers" are the contributions which have earned the most Золото over the last 6 months - that's as far back as the Золото system can go, currently anyway. The "current вверх Золото producers" are for a shorter range of time. Something like the last week, или maybe even day, I'm not certain.
