Complicated question. (Details below)

Okay, I keep getting an e-mail from Fanpop that a Фан is a Фан of me, too. The thing is it's always the same person but my number of Фаны has never decreased instead every time this happens it increases.
So I have two Вопросы why does this keep happening and could I get into trouble for this? Please help!

Also I don't know if the other person is aware of what's happening.

It has happened several times tho, but only with this one person. I wonder if it's the same person for both of us?
