I need a program to Редактировать & color my own Иконки but don't know any! Can someone give me some good programs?

I usually use photoshop, but Gimp is a free alternative if you`re еще about hue/saturation changes. Otherwise Ты can type in Google 'photo editor online' and there will be plenty of sites to choose from. :)
