Well.... I don't know. They tried to make it clear that they really couldn't get through Sectionals without Finn, but honestly all they ended up needing him for was a song. He's not the only male vocal lead. But I can totally picture him taking over Glee club in fifteen years when Will might move on. Or twenty, whatever :P
But then Finn also had trouble leading because he's insecure with his social status, and Rachel doesn't care about that. She's got an amazing voice and she's eager for the job.
I dunno, it's sort of a tie...

Rachel's too selfish. When she told Finn about Quinn's pregnancy, it was not AT ALL in the Glee club's best interest. She thinks about herself all the time. She didn't understand when Kurt wanted to audition, she quit when Tina got a solo. The list goes on. Finn makes some bad choices, but I think people have the potential to be more influenced by him in a positive way.

the question is not who do you like better?..it is just so obvious in the show that Rachel is the lead of the Glee Club..

By far?

No one is more of a leader than this guy!!!! And the best part about him is he's flawed and makes mistakes but in the end he always tries to follow his heart, do the right thing and always has the team's best interest! Say what you want about Rachel but she'll never come close to the wonderful human being that Finn Hudson is:)
