Why are there so many biased options here?

Meh, I don't really know, или care to be quite honest. Most people on here are relatively young, and they therefore have no need to be too mature. As a person who has to live through crap most of the time, I enjoy coming on her and having a laugh. I would much rather spend my time enjoying myself with my mates on here, than having to justify myself and others as to why we may not be up to your high standards of maturity. I suggest that Ты get off your high horse. Ты may actually enjoy yourself on this spot. You'll find most of these people are nice, once Ты get over a 'immaturity' (although I do not believe we are overly immature to be quite honest)

But may I add, Cassie, if you're looking for something to point out at this spot that's wrong, Ты can find way worst then biased picks. Mostly when we try to keep order we'll pay еще attention to CF (comment fights) then a biased pick, mostly because many of the people here are stuck to their fanbases solid as rock. If Ты сказал(-а) "hot edward" and "harry", sure as heck I'd pick Harry, even if his name doesn't have "hawt" "gorgeous" или "marbly" in front of it. (sure I tend not to answer the shallow questions, but meh)

Its also a marketing technique. Ты make the option Ты want people to pick (because by debating which is better, its for some people a story of growing the fanbase) look better by adding "hawt" in front of the option (now to learn how to spell hot...)

Also, Harry's hotness is the least of his awesome features, while hotness is all Edward's 'got'. Let Edward win this one, its the only one he will. :P (see, my answer is pro-potter, it just happens)

Um, I hate pointing this out, but the way Ты presented this Вопрос seems a little biased...I mean, Ты only gave one example, and it was againt HP. How about adding an example that goes againt Twilight as well to even things out? I mean Ты have to admit, even if we do Вопросы like this, Twilighters do it too (I'm not saying any еще или any less)
Anyways, to answer your question, as long as this is a VS spot, there's going to be bashing of the opposite team. Also, I've never met a person who's mind is so changeable that they see an extra adjective in front of their hated character and then go, "Oh, I Любовь them now!"
Ex. An anti goes, "Oh, it says dorky Harry Potter или sexy Edward Cullen! I'm going with Edward!"
OR
An Twihard goes, "Oh, it's either nice Hermione или silly Alice! I'm going with Hermione!"
No one does that, because no one really cares. It doesn't effect their choice, so their is no need to pay attention really

Couple of things:

First, yes, there are many biased and immature picks/photos/articles/images/videos/whatever. But this is the internet and maturity isn't exactly at the вверх of everyone's list.

Second, what exactly do Ты expect a bunch of bored, teenage, anti-Twilight-ers to do? This spot is practically over-run with anti/HP fans. Do Ты know how often a reasonable Twifan comes over here and actually debates? It's a rarity.
They're bored and want to, not only keep this spot going, but keep themselves entertained. Cut them a little slack.

I agree with that. I personally am not a Twi-fan. The maker has a right to like one of them better, but the picks are supposed to remain unbiased. It prevents online drama and it makes the maker look еще mature. So I definitely agree with Ты on this subject.

I totally agree. Truth is, I Любовь both (twilight saga and harry potter) I even went to see the Deathly Hallows on the день it came out and last night (it's past 12:00 am here GF =P). I saw Eclipse twi, too. And New Moon. And I'll probably end up seeing part 2 of Deathly Hallows twice and Breaking Dawn (part one and two) twice. Some people don't know -or are too immature- to see that twilight and harry potter (i see the battles everywhere-Facebook,Fanpop,Youtube etc etc. It's actually quite annoying) And I realize that this is based mostly on opinion, but they are all great Книги and calling Harry big and cool (even though he is younger than Edward/Robert Pattinson) is VERY biased. And calling Edward big and cool because he's a vampire and could kill Harry by sucking his blood, is equally biased. I can't agree any еще with you.

Okay, fine maybe we go a little far sometimes, but not always are we saying the other side stinks. Sure, its about debate, but sometimes people tend to forget about that and express their own opinion without a fact.
So, no, I just refuse to answer them.

Hmmmm...This seems like it's directed towards HP fans, but I've seen (many) biased Вопросы on both sides of the fandom. I personally don't post Вопросы like that, but I've seen a lot of Вопросы that say: "Who's hotter? JAKOB! DUHHHH или harry."
I guess that there will always be people like that, and there's nothing that we can do about that. I've noticed that most Twilighters have stopped posting Тест questions, so that might be the reason that this spot seems biased. If Ты want to change that, start posting stuff! As long as you're not annoying, we'd appreciate еще sensible Twilight Фаны on here.

Well, it's mostley got to do with the fact that there are a lot of antis on this spot, and not very many Twi-fans. So, naturally, the majority of the spot is very pro-Potter. But a while ago, there were a lot of Twi-fans here, and some of the picks were just as biasd, only the other way. It's just part of the way the spot is, because it's a "vs" spot, people bash the other side. I'm not saying it's right, and I'm not saying it's wrong, it's just what happens when a spot is divided into two sides.

I'd just like to say that a lot of the pro-Potter Вопросы sprung up because Antis were fed up with all the pro-Twilight ones.

And another thing I'd like to say is that this Вопрос is actually rather biased.

The third and last thing I want to say is that Ты really need a sense of humour, или maybe to get laid. Who exactly do Ты think Ты are, anyway?

I guess because it's a Дебаты spot, so most people have strong opinions. As to why they let them spill through into pick options, well I don't know. Maybe it's just human nature.

At any rate, what does it matter? Yes, it's annoying, but people know what they think and a slightly biased pick option isn't going to change that.

I agree, I'm not a Twilight fan, but it's still unfair. I know I may say that people who think Twilight's amazing and Harry Potter sucks have issues, but that's only because I haven't seen any of these people give valid reasons as to why this is.
But biased picks does annoy me a little. But what are Ты gonna do, most of the people on here are teenagers, and teenagers aren't the most mature people.
