youknowit101 Skin sags because fat starts to disappear under the skin and it doesn't snap back into place. as long as she doesn't gain a lot of fat when she's old, her skin won't sag enough to warp the tattoo

AllyAM No, but you never know how much you may regret getting such a huge tattoo when you're older. That's all I'm saying. I want a small tattoo, but my skin's so easily irritated. I think a well thought out tattoo can be great when it means something huge to you, I'm just a pessimist when it comes to permanently altering one's self.

lakota_spirit @yki you can take a room full of posters down though, Bri and yki i get what your saying and i would say the same thing about a Harry Potter Tattoo this big. Like Ally says you need to be really sure that Twilight does mean that much to you. I agree with Cassie if it means something in a way that it has helped you then fair do's, my tattoo also means something personal to me. Though with it been so big would her future boyfriends/husband/kids also agree? My sister has one on her back and she hates it, when she got married she was so embarrassed about it, i know a lot of people that have regretted their decisions with tattoo choice.

bri-marie I'm fairly certain she doesn't love a book series in the same way she'd love her husband. Or her children. And, anyway, her loving her husband isn't going to lessen the meaning Twilight has for her.

AllyAM I'm only making guesses based on what I know. What I know about this woman is all based on this picture. She appears to be a young woman with a large back tattoo. All of us are unaware of the significance of it. We can only debate and hypothesize.

bri-marie I wasn't aware I was being snappy. I asked a question as well. You're opinion didn't come off as "I like the tattoo, I just don't like the size" it came off as "I think she made a big mistake because she's young and didn't think it through. She should have gotten something smaller because it would have just as much meaning to her."

AllyAM Doesn't matter. It's different person to person and with such an intricate tattoo, a little sag may make it look worse.

I think that when I'm older and don't need parent permission to get one, I'll either get a lightning bolt(not on my forehead, you n00b), the Deathly Hallows sign, the Dark Mark, a mini Hogwarts crest, the HP Quidditch logo, or a Dumbledore quote. Or maybe even "I solemnly swear I am up to no good". I've seen that on people and it looks awesome.
