​Harry Styles has admitted there\'s \'less jostling\' in One Direction since Zayn Malik left the band back in March, assuring Lorraine Kelly off of the morning telly that there\'s now \'more room for frolicking.\'

By \'jostling\' he basically means there\'s no fighting to be in the middle of the formation in photoshoots and that, but it\'s sort of interesting to imagine \'em all rockin\' some sumo outfits a la the \'Steal My Girl\' video and having a bit of a wrestle backstage, no? Just us? Okay.

Reassured by Lorraine that it\'s cool there\'s only four of \'em now, since Take That are down to three, Harry joked: "Thank you. We\'ve been worrying for the last six months and now thank God you\'ve come along and reassured us! We needed you six months ago.​"

Nialler also admitted he\'s \'obsessed\' with Lorraine, saying: "​I watch the show every day, it\'s brilliant.

​I\'m just obsessed with you Lorraine, I can\'t even look at you.

And when they weren\'t busy fangirling over Lorraine, the lads chatted about their new album

​​We\'re most proud of this one and it\'s hard because obviously we\'ve said that as they\'ve come along, but we\'re like really proud of this one, we worked really hard on it.

"I think the difference with this album was that the last couple we knew that we would be touring the years ahead, so we very much wrote the songs with big crowds in mind, we wanted to write anthemic songs, and then this one was cool because we just were really focussed on writing the best songs that we could and wanted to make a nice group of songs that we liked and we hope that everyone else likes them.

Asked if they still get nervous bring out new music, Harry said: "​I think obviously everyone when they write, they draw from personal experiences, you\'re putting yourself out there, so there\'s like a vulnerability to putting something that you\'ve made out. The same as anyone else, if you\'re a painter and you draw something and paint something and you put it out, there\'s obviously the possibility that everyone goes, \'Well this is…what were you thinking?\'"
