Everyone is entitled to their opinion. No one should be told they cannot say what they think.
However, there is a difference between stating your opinion and being rude. Someone commenting “*Insert pairing here* Rocks! *insert rival pairing here* sucks!” is being rude. It is not being polite when Ты insult someone else to enforce your point. There are other ways to make a point.
Support your pairings. There’s nothing wrong with that, but Ты do not have to bash other pairings in the process. If Ты really like a pairing Ты don’t like it because Ты hate the rival pairing. Ты like it because Ты think their personalities go well together или it makes sense historically. When asked why Ты like your favourite pairing the rival pairings really shouldn’t come up at all.
If Ты hate a paring Ты should not Комментарий on a picture about it. It’s not so hard to click on the Далее picture and pretend Ты didn’t see it.
If Ты can’t stand yaoi, yuri, или incest then just say Ты don’t like the paring and Переместить on. Don’t go off about it and talk about how disgusting it is. Nobody wants to see Комментарии such as “Oh, not that again. It’s so messed up”.
Saying what pairings Ты like can be scary if Ты think someone will argue with Ты over a simple comment. Even when Ты only say what pairings Ты like and don’t say anything bad about other pairings people will still tell Ты that you’re wrong.
Insulting Фаны of pairings Ты don’t like is just mean and rude. I know the world isn’t a nice place, but that doesn’t mean Ты have to be mean to everyone who Ты disagree with. If no one insulted you, don’t insult them.

I Любовь Hetalia. I don’t think I’ll ever forget it, Хеталия changes the way Ты look at the world. I honestly would have gotten Sweden, Norway, and Finland confused if I had to label them on a map before I became a Хеталия fan. Now when people use a Болталка country for an example instead of thinking of ‘that weird foreign place’ I think of the Хеталия character. Austria is never going to be the place the sound of Музыка is set in again. I will always think of a piano-playing aristocrat with an awesome purple/blue suit.
I hate having to think about how much better Хеталия would be if the Фаны could just get along.
