Is Kawaii owned by Iwako?

Because the other день I ordered some erasers online, and it сказал(-а) 'Made by Iwako'. But when they came in the mail, one of the little packages сказал(-а) 'Kawaii'. And it was in the same font...but I don't know. Because I collect Iwako. And now I have to Kawaii. So I'd like to know if they're by the owned by the same company или whatever. Thanks.
