Does anyone know how to add justin bieber on fanpop??? As a friend

Justin has Fanpop and Ты can Присоединиться his Фан club for free. Ты can add any Фаны to the Фан list. All Ты have to do is click on add to Фан Список and that person will become your fan. Hope that helps.

Yes justin has an accont on Fanpop and Ты can become Друзья with him i firget what his Имя пользователя is but if Ты become Друзья with me i can tell it to you:)
