start a conversation with him... work up to asking him who he likes... he wont say Ты или any girl in particular, but he will give Ты hints... ask him the first letter of the girls name and if ur name starts with the letter he said, then ask IS IT ME?
he wont give a strait answer... but it does work!!! trust me... ive tried...

or, just ask one of ur closest Друзья to ask him who he likes... that works too.. its really fun...
