But when they call Ты beautiful или gorgeous, they're looking at you, all of you, not just your body или anything, your inside and out, your personality, beauty, kindness to others. I'd say cute falls in the same category of pretty, he was looking at your face, and when he complimented your hair, and made the свинг, качели get your faces closer together, he was definitely hinting.
