Ты can also have a friend go over and say, "(insert guys name) do u like "insert your name)" and if it's yes then your friend can go ok,will Ты go out with her then, which if he likes Ты will probably be yes.
Well my Вопрос is: Are Ты Друзья with him? If Ты are it will make it alot easier to get to know him before Ты try to ask him out. But if I was in your situation I would try to be Друзья and flirt for a couple weeks. If he flirts back then Ты know Ты have a chance.
