How do Ты say "no" или "please don't talk to me, Ты were a terrible boyfriend" in a nice way?

Ты can always say, "Maybe I have changed and things have just changed. I'm sorry, but I can't see us as being like we were before and now I need space."

Just tell him please don't touch me или say that u didn't like what he was doing, if it don't work Just tell him Ты really hated him doing that and that he should not do it....

tell him Ты can't see it working out between you, but only be honest about your feelings towards him if he asks why/why not & also don't forget to let him know that its still ok/you'd really like to be friends. Let him know that Ты can't always hang out with him или be at all/every single one of his performances because Ты have other commitments & your other Друзья which you'd like to spend time with as well. If he keeps molesting/annoying you, then remind him that your just Друзья & if he still doesn't stop, tell a teacher/parent или another trusted adult about it before it goes to far.
