If it wasn't a literal Вопрос then no again I like to believe in Любовь but I don't think it's an eternal thing at some point the person will become bored of Ты and though she/he might still Любовь Ты it's not the same. I think that when Ты really Любовь a person Ты will Любовь her forever but the way Ты Любовь her will change.
Am I making sense? It's like Ты Любовь your bf but Ты break up and still Ты Любовь him as your ex but then he will be your bff and Ты will lovbe him but in other way.

People get divorced for two reasons in my eyes. 1. They can't handle the pressures that marriage brings. 2. They just weren't the right one. Eternal Любовь seems soo different than regular love. Like the person your eternally in Любовь with is your soulmate. Your other half. God didn't make Adam all by mhimself. He was COMPLETED when he met and married Eve.

Ты wanna know what the secret to marrage is? Hard work and endurance! People get divorced because they go into marrage knowing it's an option and not prepared to stick to their vows. It does exist but people are too lazy these days to find it.

To answer your original question, I think it exists but it's somthing Ты have to work for. The idea that you'll meet somone and never have an arguement is rediculous. Любовь for a large part is about endurance. So I think it can exsist if your willing to stay with it. If Ты Любовь someone Ты will.
