Kagome is 15 in the start of the manga, and 18 at the end and InuYasha is just a little over 200 years old; it's not сказал(-а) in the Манга (I think), but if Ты watch InuYasha the third movie you'll learn that Inuyasha's father died 200 years назад the день he was born. Physically and appearance wise he is about the equivalent of a 15 год old youth, that's because demons don't age the same way humans do, and can live for centuries.
