The characters are extremely well-developed. I loved the setting and plot too, but this is what really made me love it. <3

The characters, really--their designs/appearances, and their intriguing individual identities. I first read about them on the Hub's website and then watching a preview of the first episode, so that was my introduction to the show. VERY early on. ;)

When I first saw it I loved the animation in it. It has better animations more than most cartoons I watch

They are so cute!

The first time I saw the show, I thought was Fluttershy was always a downer and Rarity was a fashionable diva. Boy, was I wrong. >.<

What first attracted me to the fandom was what this one guy in a forum had for a profile pic. It was a pic of twilight in her winter wrapup outfit.

I thought "Hey, that looks like pretty decent animation, there."
Then, once I got into the show, the character design seemed to stand out to me the most.

The characters are what make it so different from all the other younger kids shows. Almost everyone can relate to at least one of the characters. Wether you are shy, or the person who loves to read, each person has a pony they can relate to. :)

I watched my first episode, then I watched a few more. I got into the show, and now I'm here.

Well, I asked this random Unicorn was, and he said Twilight Sparkle. So I googled It, then my brother started watching it by coincidence, and I kind of watched it with him.
