JediPenguin16 You missed the point of the joke. The oral thermometer and the rectal theremometer have diff FLAVORS. Think about it. Oral goes in mouth. Rectal goes...you know where.

Spi_Kat_Penguin Something with Skilene?

SJF_Penguin2 I saw this first on the DVD (which I got Wednesday), and then for the third time here. It was a pretty good episode, though with its description referring to "small mammals" disappearing, I thought there might be some new characters introduced as part of the mystery, mammals smaller than Julien or Maurice. There were several funny lines which I enjoyed, including: -- When Kowalski talked of the name Mort coming from the Latin word "morte," meaning "dead." -- When Skipper bet his left flipper that they would find the snake slithering about, and Private saying it was a good thing that Skipper was right-flippered when the snake was found still in his enclosure. -- In that whole thermometer scene, I had initially thought that Kowalski had just taken a blood sample from Julien. Oh, how I wish I was right. (For further reference, birds are also warm-blooded, but most fish are not.) -- The first scene with Private inside the chimp/monkey suit I had seen before in an ad. It was nice to be able to finally find what episode it corresponded with. -- Kowalski using a pencil to prop open Salvio's mouth and it then shattering because it was not as mighty as a pen was funny as well.

musicluv15 Eeviefoxx-The only one who cared for the possibly "dead" smaller mammals was Private (of course, I'm not suprised, considering the fact he has the biggest heart in the group)-until he got eaten, too. Oh, and I died when Private was in the monkey suit. SO CUTE!

Penguinangel I actually saw some Skilene AND Marski. The Skilene was what SJ_waddles already quoted from Marlene. Marski- 6:05 Kowalksi: "We're too late!" It was just how he said it. He sounded really horrified. Idk, I think it's Marski... Also, did anyone else notice that this episode ended really suddenly? There was no real "falling action" part after the climax where they're fighting Salvio.

musicluv15 ^ I know! It ended so quickly, with the snake in the crate back to Hoboken, I was thinking, "That's it? Kind of a downer."

Rachel16 I know it did seem like the episode ended fast for some reason.That was my only issue with this episode.I still found it good,but it wasn't the best in my opinion.

SPKR689 i love that snake for 3 reasons: 1. hes from NJ LIKE ME ^^ 2. he ate Marlene ^^ (yea i so missed that) 3. this epi made me so happy and one reason i dont like this epi: 1. -.- that darn Skilene.....curse you marlene.... yea im deffidently back to my old self. *sigh* i missed Skippers humor

beastialmoon everybody did see Marlene hoping SKIPPER would get them out right? Thats the skilene moment, right? Right? or did i miss something? And i agree, it did end too fast. :(
