For people that have/had braces...

well it depends in wether или not Ты have sensitive teeth and things like that. I just got rid of my braces 6 months назад and now I only have to sleep with retainers in. The first few days it hurts to have braces in so I would stick to easy foods like суп или something. For me it hurt getting my braces tightened and I Остаться в живых a few bracets so watch what Ты eat when Ты have them. Other than that just listen to what the orthodontist tells Ты and your braces shouldn't bother Ты that much.

That's what I first thought too, but it actually doesn't really hurt until they put the actual braces on your teeth. Ты know, the color thingys. They push down really hard, but other than that it's almost painless.

They don't hurt getting them on but the first week или so can be really painful after Ты get them on...I had trouble eating for a while...I'm getting my braces off this October and other than that first week I had them on, they didn't bother me much :)

They hurt like the first week Ты get them, then Ты get used to them. But it hurts again when Ты get them tightened.

getting them on doesnt hurt at all. its a minorly simple proccess. however your mouth might start to hurt after keeping it open for awhile. and about an час или 2 after Ты get them your gonna feel the braces working. itll hurt sooo bad, but if Ты take Advil или Tylenol and eat some ice cream itll numb out the pain. and as for getting tightened its not that bad(: good luck

When I first got my braces,my teeth was hurting so bad that I really couldn't eat. Maybe because with me I had sensitive teeth. In my в общем и целом, общая experience sometimes it does hurt when they are tightening the braces.
