Oh please! Giving the kid a spanking when he/she is misbehaving is fine. Abusing the kid is a bad thing, but spanking is fine.

I believe in doing it occasionally but not overdoing it. I think spanking should be done less and parents should try different methods other than spanking.

Being that i am 11, i am going to have to say no, grounding a child is alot better than putting them in pain.

I don't believe in spanking a child, If i want to punish them i'll either ground them or take away there most favorite thing ( Computer, iPod, etc, etc, ) but spanking no...Anybody that does it or has been through it i'm not saying anything. I just won't ever do it.

No if I ever have a child when I get older. I don't think I could ever spank the child. I will let the mom handle that.
