While the older sibling option is annoying, at least they mean well, especially if they're all you have. But this one, it's heartbreaking. If I was in this situation I would feel absolutely helpless because I couldn't help my little brother or sister get through their emotional problem because they won't let me.

As the older sibling, I have the priority to be in charge, but I don't act like a mom. In fact my maternal instinct is nonexistent or just really tiny. If I had an older sibling telling me what to do, I'd be annoyed. My sister never shares her emotional problems with me or our parents. She can be a bitch that thinks she's better than us, so if she fucks up, she would have it coming. She didn't even have sympathy for me when I was bullied or about any of my problems. How could I feel the same towards her when she lacks empathy?

A younger sibling that shuts me out, because if I'm trying to help you. Why shut me out? Plus if I have an older sibling that acts like an adult at least their being protective, and not shutting me out all the time. That stuff annoys me.
