You can't just stop bullying. It's in people, their character. I think only really harsh punishment can change it. Otherwise they will be destroying somebody's life just for fun.

Well, I think it should be *stopped, that's for sure.

Of course it should be stopped, because it's just plain wrong to torment someone for the heck of it. But I think it's simply impossible to stop people from doing wrong things. Even if there's a death penalty for something, there still will be someone who'll do this.
Also... I was bullied in primary school, but I don't think it was all that bad. Made me a harder person who doesn't want to jump off a building because someone told me I'm fat.
