I would try to stay as cool and calm as posible. But,I probably would eventually faint или cry.

Honestly, I want to say that I would stay calm and collected and strike up a friendly conversation, but knowing myself I would probably stare at him out of the corner of my eye and be too nervous to talk to him. Then I'd probably say hello and ask him the first Вопрос that comes to mind :)
