Ideas how to make an interesting video Фан commentary on a film without uploading the movie?

I'd Любовь to make my own Фан commentary track for the first Lion King film.

The Fair Use Act in the copyright law actually makes allowance for commentary purposes and as it's non-profit too my жопа, попка would be covered if I just did it the typical way by uploading the entire movie and attaching myself talking over it for Комментарий purposes, but the thing is the movie companies do tear down movie scenes no matter what's done with them....so it's no use in the end.

Any ideas how to make an interesting commentary track without the actual movie?

I think I'm asking for something impossible as the movie running while commenting is pretty much crucial. :D
