Alaric had offered to live with Elena and Jeremy and they had accepted. “It’s not too weird или anything?”

“He’s avoiding you?” Ric asked surprised.
“Seems like it” Elena said. “I don’t get it. Why doesn’t he want to talk to me? I thought we cleared everything up”
Jeremy left to open the door and let Caroline in.

“No” Caroline said. “I’m just here because I think Ты should know the hospital’s going to release Bonnie today”

“Yeah, her injury is healing a lot quicker than they expected” Caroline said. “Anyways, I thought I should tell you, so Ты wouldn’t walk into her unexpected”
“Does Damon know?” Elena asked. “He’d freak out if he came across her”
“The Boarding House would be my Далее stop” Caroline said.
“Good” Elena said. “Caroline? While you’re there can Ты ask Damon to give me a call? I’ve been trying to reach him since morning, but he’s not picking up his phone and he won’t reply any of my messages”
“Sure, what’s going on? You’re not having a fight, have you?” Caroline asked.
Elena shook her head heavy. “No, not at all. That’s why I don’t understand why he won’t talk to me”
“Maybe’s he’s afraid to face Ты after what he tried to do last night” Jeremy tried to give a logical explanation.
“But I’m not holding that against him” Elena сказал(-а) frustrated. “He knows that. He should know that”
Caroline put her hand on Elena’s shoulder. “I’ll go talk to him”
And so she rushed to the Boarding House straight to the living room where she found Damon sitting on the couch, drinking Bourbon.
“Why are Ты dodging Elena’s phone calls?”
“Hello to Ты too” Damon said.
“Why are Ты dodging Elena’s phone calls?” Caroline repeated. “She wants to talk to you, why are Ты avoiding her? Has she done something wrong?”

Caroline shook her head heavy. “No, that’s not true. She doesn’t feel sorry for you. She loves you. I know she does”
Damon drank from his Bourbon. “She loves Stefan. She always has, right from the beginning. It’s always going to be Stefan, that’s what she said”
“That’s not fair, Damon” Caroline said. “And Ты know it. Ты won’t even give her a chance…You’re supposed to trust her еще than that”

Katherine was sitting on a chair. A row of small stakes pinched each arm to the arm-rests and a special kind of muzzle kept her mouth shut. The muzzle also had stakes, smaller than the arm stakes, and they pierced through Katherine’s jaws. “I’m sorry for the inconvenience” Veronica сказал(-а) demeaning. “Actually, I’m not. Ты had this coming. Ты broke in here, Ты threatened me” She took a chair and put it down in front of Katherine. “Such a pity Derek chose the wrong side. If he hadn’t Damon Salvatore would be sitting Далее to you”
Katherine managed to produce a smirk.
“Oh, don’t be so smug” Veronica sniffed. “I’ll get to him. He’s the one that killed Kelsey. He will die a slow and painful death” she said, еще to herself than to Katherine. “She’s out, doing something” Stefan explained vague. “Can I come in?”
Katherine shrugged and let him pass. Stefan turned around. “I’m looking for Elena. Is she here?”
“No, she’s at school. Ты should know that” Katherine сказал(-а) uninterested.
“Not anymore she isn’t” Stefan said. “School’s over”
“Then she’s probably at the Grill” Katherine said, a little annoyed. “What do Ты need her for anyway?”
“I want to apologize for what happened last time she came over” Stefan said. “And I want to make sure she’s okay. I mean, I know Rebekah’s blood already left her system by now, but still, it must have freaked her out”
He looked at Katherine who stared at some point behind Stefan. Stefan quickly turned around and saw Damon standing in the doorway.
“She’s out, doing something” Stefan explained vague. “Can I come in?”
