"Drip,drop,drip drop."I couldn't tell if it was the rain или the tears running down from my face that had was drip dropping.I still couldn't believe Joel actually left me here all by myself.Alone in this pouring thunderstorm.Joel was suppose to my best friend,my soul mate,my lover but instead he became the opposite,the total jerk of my life.But the hardest part is that even now,now that tears flood my face and my сердце is completely torn I still Любовь Joel as if he hasn't done anything wrong.I knew I wouldn't be able to just let him go like that;I don't think I will be able to get over him ever!
Joel decided he wants to go out with my EX-best friend Lulu.I ended Lulu's and My friendship because of Joel;because I knew she was secretly totally in Любовь with him it was too obvious not to notice but yet she still tried to hide it.But now she finally came out with it and asked out Joel.I guess it didn't help that Joel and I weren't actually together but we were ex's.Ex's of two years.
Joel and I had broken up because there came a time in our relationship that we hardly spoke to each other.As if we were strangers;don't get me wrong,we wanted to talk to each other but just couldn't find the time to.
But Joel and I had started talking again and we were flirting and talking еще than we ever had before but I guess it just wasn't enough for him to choose me in the end.Joel and I came so close to get back together,but in reality Joel was had already been with Lulu for months now.And I guess that's the part that eats me up inside.the fact that I was so stupid not to see it.People had told me that something was going on between Joel and Lulu but I didn't want to believe and a part of me couldn't even believe it.In my mind Joel and I had been going so perfectly there would no way Joel would be able to sneak this past me,but he did.At this point I don't even know if Joel had really liked me then или whether he was just leading me on.But I figure it doesn't matter anymore,Joel is already gone.
The worst part for me would be that I know Lulu and I know that Joel will always be there for Lulu when she needs him but Lulu will hardly ever be there for Joel when he is the one that needs the comfort.I'm not just saying this because I hate Lulu или because Joel left me but because I know it's the truth.Lulu is just down right impatience and completely selfish,she has cheated on almost every guy she has ever been with,and just cheated but cheated on them with their own friends!She doesn't care about anybody but herself.
At least with me или at least with Jocelyn-Joel's other ex that he really fell head over heels for-at least with Jocelyn,he would have been taken care of and not just thrown to the side when ever Lulu gets tired if him.
I may not seem like your average сердце broken teenager but only because I had prepared myself for losing Joel again but not to Lulu,I had prepared myself for losing Joel to Jocelyn,considering Joel had сказал(-а) he still loved her,but I'm still torn inside.
I sat there on the edge of the sidewalk in one of the loudest and greatest thunderstorms in man-kind,well that was my opinion.I couldn't think of anything to do but find some shade in this empty баскетбол court.So I found a nice дерево that kept me some what dry and took out my phone.I only knew one person that would save me from this disaster while being in another natural disaster.
"Hello Jas?"
My best friend Juan answered like always.
"Hello,Jaslene?"
"Oh yeah,Ha sorry.I had forgotten that I called Ты Juaney.Anyways I need Ты to come pick me up please."
"But I thought Ты were suppose to be with your boyfriend."Juaney was sarcastic but he never really liked Joel after all the struggle and the сердце ache he put me through.But before that,Joel and Juaney were the best of friends-that friendship ended as well.
"He wasn't my boyfriend Juaney and I'm at the court.Just pick me up please,"
"Ok,you know Ты don't have to beg but I like hearing Ты beg,it sounds hilarious,considering Ты don't beg for anything Jas."
"Fine,whatever Juaney boy,next time I won't beg at all I'll just expect Ты to do it."
Jauney and I were playing around now and he agreed to picking me up.Juan would be here in about five minutes.
I had knew Juan since about the fourth grade,one of the funniest and outrageous people Ты will ever meet,but yet he is charming and polite-(sometimes).Juan had gorgeous deep dark green eyes that Ты couldn't help but to stare into every once in a while.Good athletic physique,maybe because Juaney is like a total health freak but it works for him and I can't explain complain because without Juan for all these years I probably would the toned body I have now.But either way,Juan does go a little over board sometimes. Like In 8th grade we wouldn't let me eat ice cream for that whole год because according to Juaney:"Sports gets alot harder in high school,you have to be stronger,faster,harder than when your in middle school.It's like a whole new jungle,you got to be ready to hunt."
I laughed to myself at the thought of all the pep talk memories we had.Those were always unforgettable.Quoting Jauney in sports was like quoting Shakespeare in drama, one word-"legendary".
Juan always had my back,literally.I can't tell Ты how many times Juan has saved myself because he didn't let me fall down four flights of stairs или fall through a construction whole или even let me slip on a банан peal.Or like now,that he just texted me stating this: "Being the dummy that Ты are,you are probably sitting under a дерево in the баскетбол court in one of the most greatest thunderstorms of man-kind.Move now,before Ты get struck by lighting. :)"
Well Juan was right.I was sitting under a дерево in a thunderstorm and now that I think about it,it's probably not such a a good idea.As I walked off to go sit by the sidewalk again,I wondered how Juan knew I would be sitting under a tree.And not just now but Juaney somehow always knew when I was in trouble или when I was doing something reckless but not realizing that it is reckless until he told me.
I waited about two еще минуты and then saw Juany's black,tinted window Range Rover pull up to the side of me.
When I opened the door to the car he already had a towel on the passenger seat.I forgot to mention he was sorta a clean freak too.I jumped in and he had another towel in his hands,guess he knew i would be freezing?
Juan pulled out of the баскетбол court and drove off into the storm.I figured we were going to the gaming arcade "Javas".The one we would always go to when I needed to clear my head.

Juan knew by the look on my face that whatever happened on the баскетбол court,I didn;t want to talk about but he knew just how to make me feel better.
