I decided to do a story where I put my iPod on shuffle and start writing. Lucky for me, all the songs were basically sad или angry music. So this is what I came up with :)
The rain pattered on the windows drowsily, drowning out Alana’s choking sobs. She sat in her Избранное wooden rocker, and buried her face in her hands miserably. Her black hair clung to her sweaty face. Her clammy palms were wet from tears. She never wanted to Переместить from that spot again. Although she was filled with irrevocable remorse, she felt comfortable there. No one in the house, rain falling softly outside, and just at one with herself. It felt so good to let go for once; not caring about anyone but herself… but not in a selfish way.
All lights in the house were off, giving the house an eerie feeling. Usually, she would’ve been frightened and longing for someone. But now, in this time, she didn’t care. Let whatever monsters lurk around the corners come at me, I’ll gladly invite them, she thought.
She pulled her legs up onto the chair so she was curled into a ball. She couldn’t stop shaking. The room was chilled, but she had no intention to turn the heater up. Everything that was happening now wasn’t going to change, and Alana wasn’t going to try to make the difference.
A creak came from upstairs in one of the floorboards, letting Alana jump. At first, fear came over, then anger. Nothing was supposed to disturb her. Not now.
Not ever again.
Alana pushed her hair off of her sticky forehead. She was seeing everything too vividly for comfort. She covered her eyes with a hand and shrunk back into her little ball.
“Help!” a sudden cry came from outside. Alana didn’t move, she felt absolutely immobilized. The shriek sounded like a little girl’s, and it was coming from the front yard. Whose voice could penetrate through the window and rain, and into her house? Alana didn’t know. And she didn’t know if she wanted to find out.
“Please, somebody!” The girl’s voice yelled again. She sounded like she was in agonizing pain. Alana lifted her head enough to see out the window. There was no one outside.
Not a soul.
Alana felt herself shaking even harder. Her сердце pounded against her chest like a hammer. She bit her bottom lip; she didn’t even know that it was bleeding.
The girl shrieked a blood-curdling scream. Alana didn’t know a voice like that could make such a bone chilling sound. She actually moaned at the sound of it, the scream made her feel in pain. Alana stared at the carpet, wanting to believe she was dreaming. She pinched her arm, digging her fingernails into her skin, letting a small trickle of blood fall. She was awake. She was utterly and entirely awake. Alana looked up back at the window; she still couldn’t see the girl.
Maybe I’m paranoid? A lonely thought floated by in her head, opening up possibilities. Was she going insane? Hearing voices that weren’t real? That had to be a sign. A single tear fell down her cheek; she didn’t bother to wipe it away. Alana waited silently for the voice to come again. The merciful voice was silent.
Alana felt relief. Maybe she was imagining things. She curled up into her ball again, resting her aching head on her knees. She needed to sleep. Her eyes slowly drifted together, but she couldn’t find slumber.
“No! Please, dear God, no!” the voice begged. Alana’s eyes opened in a flash. She gave up and dropped her legs back to the floor. She pushed her forehead against the cold window glass and peered around anxiously. Still no girl.
But she heard the voice.
She knew she had.
Alana stood up and walked to the doorway, peering out the peephole. All she could make out was the pouring rain. She grabbed the nearest куртка and yanked it on. She rushed out the door, yelping in surprise as the freezing rain slashed at her skin. She pushed the temperature to the back of her mind and ran around the yard blindly, looking for something, anything!
She still couldn’t see anything out of the ordinary, let alone a tortured girl. She sank to her knees in the muddy трава and felt another wave of sobs come over her. She was just about to give up on everything for good, when she saw something across the lawn.
She crawled over on her hands and knees, squinting. She felt the ground and found a stem jutting out. She tugged at it till it gave way, bringing a patch of soil along with it. She stared at it for a few minutes, then slowly sank to the ground and fell into a deep sleep.
She pulled the black rose to her chest, and there it stayed.

Tears,
a combination of helplessness and anger,
a combination of joy and gratitude.
what different meanings it holds!
sometimes of love,
sometimes of hate.
with what different feelings we cry!
but those tears are the same.
they dwell inside the eye,
ready to attack,
the peace of our heart.
to flood the face,
with undoubted Любовь and care,
with undoubted anger and hate,
with undoubted pain and despair.
pain? yes, and despair too!
the breakdown of our heart,
the dawn of the truth,
leading to flood the face,
with our sentiments undoubted.
