I always have an busy день during work & even in house also. Because of tiredness I was very unsatisfied with my life. But to have an easy sleep it's really that tough for me.

And I was sick of having lots of tablets или medicines for new decease affecting my body. I was fully satisfied with the word Meditation. I think for me it really work.

As Ты can practice a little of meditation in a fully busy день & it gives much satisfaction than having lots of medicines или tablets.


That's why I am a big Фан of Wai Lana.
