I feel like it depends on how late into the pregnancy it is. The more developed the fetus the closer it is to 'murder'. But even then I wouldn't call it murder as the fetus hasn't developed a memories or a true personality yet. I don't mean to sound cruel, but I don't see a fetus as more of a human than the mother carrying it. If the mother doesn't feel able or ready to have a kid then I think abortion is for the best. And I don't think that it's murder.

A life is a life. I can't change the minds of those who support abortion but they also can't say anything that will get me to believe that this is anything but murder. The whole "my body, my choice" can be said for people who are suicidal. Does that mean we let them commit suicide because it's their life and their choice? It may be the woman's body but it's not her life to take away, no matter how small the fetus is. That's just my opinion but I won't be getting into a discussion about this because debates about abortion NEVER end well.

Abortion is murder and everyone who thinks otherwise is just in denial.
I mean an embryo's heart starts beating after 3-4 weeks.So tell me,how can killing a creature that has a beating heart not be considered murder?

One of the main things I will always bring up is rape cases; if the mother was raped and carrying the baby is detrimental to her physical and/or mental health should she really be forced to carry to term?

My other huge question is what about mothers who simply made a mistake but are afraid of being pregnant? I feel like if forced to carry the baby they would abuse the child/blame the child for their suffering. That's not very great either.
NGL (and sorry because this is going to get very heavy) if I got pregnant and was forced to carry I probably would just end it all and then two lives are lost instead of just the fetus.

I feel like using "my body, my choice" for suicide is very different than using it for abortion. A suicidal person is not thinking straight whereas a pregnant woman is usually in a solid and rational frame of mind. State of mind aside a suicidal person has been alive and has formed memories and developed his or her own unique personality. A fetus does not have that because he/she has yet to interact with the world. The suicidal person knows exactly what's going on, the unborn baby is unaware.

I do sympathize with the fetus/unborn child because they never got a chance. But I also feel for the mother and I have to choose the mother over the unborn because the mother is much more aware and feels the pain more deeply. It's a tough choice to make.

Life doesn't start until the brain has any realistic cognition, not with a heartbeat. Abortions are nearly always carried out as soon as the woman discovers she's pregnant which is well before the baby has any cognition. Sure, cognition is hard to define, but the embrio is little more than a few stem cells when abortions are carried out. Pro life assholes really should learn a few things, abortions aren't all late term coathanger abortions

I believe that embryo have souls and it is part of organism, so yeah abortion is considered as murder. Though it's pretty understandable if the pregnancy was caused of rape, or the pregnancy itself was dangerous for that woman's life.
