How come there is still no gay superhero as main character on any of the Hollywood blockbusters?

I think one of the biggest reasons for that is because a movie probably won't do very well in theaters if the main character in a superhero movie is gay. But in my personal opinion, I don't think we really need a gay или bi superhero. I'm perfectly fine with just straight superheros. The only thing I care about is if the movie is good.
