In haar nieuwe film 'The Canyons' probeerde Lindsay Lohan haar sproeten te verdoezelen, zodat bioscoopbezoekers haar niet zouden associëren met de filmrollen die ze speelde als kind. De actrice deed haar eigen make-up op de set фургон, ван de low-budget film фургон, ван Paul Schrader en kon dus zelf bepalen мотыга, мотыги ze er wilde uitzien voor de camera's. Naar eigen zeggen bleef Schrader Lindsey maar zeggen dat hij haar sproeten mooi vond, maar de actrice bleef ze bedekken.
