I guess it really depends on what you think of the terms "wizards" and "vampires". If you think of them as people, it would be who. If you think of them as a species or anything else, it would be "which".

You can say "Who are better drivers, men or women"
or
"Which are better pets, cats or dogs"

in the terms "Who is Better?" I have to go with Harry because not only is he pretty attractive he has a great personality he is sweet,kind,determined,brave,and loyal. Edward's personality was always my biggest problem with him.
