nope, not an item, though according to the cast and crew there will be еще House/Cuddy (Huddy) moments to come. i highly recommend watching all of the episodes in between joy and locked in if Ты haven't already seen them. but for еще explanation of their situation или optimum huddiness watch: the itch, let them eat cake, Joy to the world, and the softer side; those should give Ты Обновления of their situation. hope this helped.

Last week, on American television, the repeated the season 5 episode 'Joy' in which House and Cuddy kiss. That was the 6th episode of the season.
This week, however, they aired 'Locked In', which is episode 19 of season 5.
