Cuttie? Ты mean Cuddy, right? He doesn't stab himself in this episode eithers...what you're talking about is episode "Detox" from season 1..he hits his hand with a pestle..
he never stabbed himself - he didn't even cut himself in '97 seconds'. But maybe you're thinking about 'Merry little Christmas" where he cuts himself in the arm because he's going through Vicodin withdrawal.
