They were talking about the process of rehabilitation that would start from his Vicodin detox when he happened to see the “Cuddy” image again staring at him from outside of the hospital. He looked at it intently, thinking that it is real this time. Pitt followed where his eyes were going but see nothing.
Pitt: <turned to face House> House… Are Ты with me?

Cuddy: The detox is just making him worst.
