I ask because of the "what if" syndrome. One, "what if" someone twisted their ankle outside of my apartment and i was the only other person home? Two, due to the severity of the injury, they cant walk the 7 or 8 blocks to hospital. And it just so happens a similar situation was on that week. Do we apply our motherly instinct mixed with what we watched and learned that week and attempt a procedure, or, call an ambulance? "What if" the person is stubborn and says "leave me alone! Mind your own business!" Deeply analyzing this, would lead to the alleged injuree suing the land owner! but like i stated, this is deeply analyzing the "what if" syndrome.
