It depends on how much Ты need her as a friend. If Ты really want her to remain your friend, then I wouldn't tell her. Of course, Ты could still and hope that she is a good enough friend to accept it. I came out to one of my super religious Друзья and she was totally okay with it. So far, I'm still searching for ways to tell my other friends, but I've decided that I'm not saying it. You'll make the right decision, but if Ты don't feel ready, then don't tell her. I don't think Ты should stay Друзья with her. She isn't healthy for you. As for telling her, there is no easy way. Ты just have to tell her. Be prepared for rejection, ridicule, and if you're not out yet, be prepared for her to tell everyone else. Honestly, if she doesn't support you, Ты don't need her. You're better without her, and her parasitic thoughts and opinions. it won't be easy losing her as a friend, but you'll feel better once Ты tell her.
