I like them all, but Rainbow Dash is just so tactless and mean to her friends. Every time I hear her referred to as "Loyal" Rainbow Dash, I just want to laugh.

D'aww, Rainbow Dash is my favorite, and I adore Twilight! I can relate to both of them really, really well, and would love to be their friend.

My order, from favorite to least, is:

Rainbow Dash
Applejack
Twilight Sparkle
Pinkie Pie
Fluttershy
Rarity

It's not a matter of disliking, only of LOVING to varying degrees. I like them all in spite of their flaws. I think that underneath her somewhat rough exterior, Dash does personify (ponysonify??) fierce loyalty.

I LOVE Rarity, so I hate to pick her...it's not an insult by any means. She's a class act, and thoughtful and responsible and committed and hilarious (and pretty!), and I've really come to appreciate her very highly. Most of the time, anyways. I mean, she runs a small business all by herself--no easy task!!
I just happen to like everypony else even more. I also identify better with them. She can just be a little too obsessed with her ideas about fashion, high style, beauty, appearances, and such, for me.

I used to hate Rarity. I thought that she was to proud and snobbish. But I've grown to love her. I now see that the goodness of Rarity is that she can get past her preferences and be a good friend.
I love all the ponies, but I'm with fishypup, I like everypony else even more.

What do people have against Twilight? They're equally and terrible and amazing, but what's the reason?

Yeah, I love them all because they've each got flaws as well as strengths and positive points.

I REALLY hate to pick Applejack, I really do. I love her, she's sweet, independent, respectable and have a lot of other great traits.

I would love her so much more if her character didn't revolve around an ungodly obsession with apples.

I don't like her because of her accent and because she loves apples TOO much!

Apples are great; I *love* apples (as well as many other fruits & veggies!) I'm not quite THAT crazy about 'em, but I do have more than enough obsessions and passions and areas of expertise of my own to completely understand her. Maybe if I owned an apple orchard (which I would love to do, incidentally), I'd get it even better. (I get pretty into my own gardening and growing, after all.) And oh, gosh, AJ's accent makes her voice one of my very favorites!! (But then, those are really hard to pick, too, 'cause they're all sooooo great!)

Oh, I think Applejack is really, really pretty, myself. :) I love her hair and the way she wears it, her color scheme, her sour-apple-green eyes, her freckles, etc. She also "glams up" very well. (Rainbow Dash, too! I love beautiful tomboys.) Cowgirls rule! ^0^ But I respect everypony's opinions. ;)

Rainbow Dash is a little bit overrated.

I truly love all of them so very much but I pick Applejack. I do love country girls but I'm not jumping off the walls with her. I couldn't pick Pinkie Pie because she is to cute and funny!!!! Rainbow Dash heck no because I think she is totally cool! Fluttershy not because she is so kind and generous. Rarity not because she is very sexy and is very classy which I think is awesome. Twilight not because she is a sweetheart and I love her smart personality.

I just love them all, I have some dislikes about them
-Twilight is always so worried if she didn't send a letter to the princess on time
- Rainbow Dash always wants to win and sometimes she brags
-Fluttershy I only hate if she is all pissed of, because no animals will become her friends
-Rarity is just afraid to get dirty
- and I can't think of anything for dislikes about Apple Jack, I love them all equally

I really hate picking Applejack because I love her a lot. It's just that I can't really relate to her as much as the others. I don't dislike any of the ponies and I don't have anything bad to say about AJ, we just have the least in common.

It used to be Rainbow Dash but when I took the personality quiz on the MLP website, I realized that RD and myself have the same personalities( Almost). So she eventually became my first favorite!

In short, I don't have any least favorite out of them. :)

Now I like Rarity, but before I disliked her. She was touchy and snobby, and had a weird British accent. Anyone ever notice that?

She is my 2nd least favorite pony, behind Diamond Tiara. Her personality bugs the precious buck out of me, for the element of Generosity, she hasn't lived up to it, and her voice is NAUSEATING.

How could someone not like MLP? well,other than Anti-Bronies i cant think of anyone else...

This was hard, but I feel Applejack lacks somewhat of a 'different' personality that the others of the Mane Six have.

Well I think the rest of the mane six have a bizarre attribute or goal like Twilight gets/got crazy when conserning a problem involving Princess Celestia (Lesson Zero), RD has a burning passion towards the Wonderbolts, Rarity loving style while still acting generous towards her friends...and so on. While Applejack's goal is to just keep her farm running and to support her family, which seems like a more 'average' quality. Also Applejack's passion is tending to the apples and I consider the other mane six's goals and passion(s) to be more interesting.

LEAST FAVORITE what are we, five? And Fluttershy is NOT annoying! No, the super shy kids are annoying!

Always have been, always will be. She's such a drama queen sometimes and she kinda uses Spike despite knowing how he feels for her.

^ She sometimes uses Spike, but I think she might be doing it on accident most of the time. Since used to getting attention. She could've gotten a ticket for the Gala by having Spike give her it, but didn't.

When I first watched the show, I didn't get Fluttershy and I loved Rarity. But now that I know the characters a whole bunch better, I think Fluttershy is adorable and most like me and I think Rarity is too Drama Queen for me.
