Whos the smartest villian U can think of? And whos the stupidest?

Smartest: Dr. Blowhole
Stupidest: Vector (from Despicable Me)

Smartest- Lord Voldemort
He can posess people, kill people (in 2 seconds) and people are even scared when they hear his name!

Stupidest- I don't know....
Dr. Eggman, Mephiles killed Sonic in 20 секунды and in 1 shot. Eggman has been trying forever.

2.Stupidest villian- plankton from spongebob(a real moron in my opinion).

Smartest Villian -- Green Goblin (cause he rarely gets caught[Spiderman])
Stupidest Villian -- Gru (Despicable Me)

Smart: Me
Stupid: Justin Beaver...in my opinion, he IS a villain

smartest: mrs.lovett, it was her idea to turn murder victms into pie and she never got caught.

stupidest: dr. dupinshmirks, hesa a lame chldish villan and her never wins the saddest part is he Остаться в живых to a platapus.

(I'm actually using my Избранное TV and movie villians for these two)
Smartest: Nicole Wallace from Law & Order: Criminal Intent, she was the only woman that my Избранное good guy could not crack. She killed several people including her own daughter and the good detectives brother and almost got away with it.
Dumbest but also most lovable villian: Edgar from Men In Black (or are the good guys dumb?) he kills a guy, steals his skin as if being rotting isn't noticable enough he decides to drive a extermination truck, he walks funny and he talks in a way that attracts attention but he's played by my Избранное actor (that's to explain why I consider him the most lovable villian)

For me the smartest villian was Chase Young from Xiaolin Showdown and the stupidest villian kinda stupid is Jack Spicer from Xiaolin Showdown

smartest: jigsaw I don't like saw that much but he is just a genius guy who can make the most difficult puzzles and traps.

the dumbest villain: Dr Evil from austin powers.
his plans never work and when he has the best change of the whole университет to kill austin, he just let him guard by a stupid guard and he escapes.
