go to the vet! maybe it's epilepsy или just something she has eaten... my cat had that and was diagnosed with epilepsy.. now he has to take pills and he's perfectly fine!

it could be her ears, my cat snugglebum had ear mites so bad that the itching caused him to have convulsions. but dont take that as that is the problem-you should get her to a vet she may have gotten into Шоколад или something, and Шоколад is VERY poisonous for dogs
