How do Ты change the Banner on someone else spot?

as far as i know, u can't. i have 6 или еще spots and never has my banner changed without me doing it. this is the banner for the tribe of rushing water.

Ты can't. Whoever changed your banner must have hacked your account without changing your password.

I think Ты have to ask to the Fanpop 4 to do it, but I once did that myself and nothing changed..
